| “We selected Jim Kitchin’s company, InterWorks, to
construct a new master
bathroom
in our 1907, craftsman
style,
Portland Heights home.
We had
detailed architectural
plans
for the project which
consisted
of a custom 100 square
foot
bathroom with tile
throughout,
two skylights, custom
woodworking,
and oversize tub and
separate
shower. The space was
previously
a dressing area off
the bedroom
so walls had to be
torn out
and new plumbing
located to
this second story
space. All
the fixtures were of a
high
finish and quality. At the outset, Jim worked with us on the price so that we could build what was designed. At all times during the construction, Jim and his employee Gail cleaned up and tried to be sensitive to our family’s needs. They took the time to build as according to the plans and specifications, and only deviated when it was to the project’s benefit. The subcontractors they used were professional and friendly. All changes were for the better, fully discussed and fairly priced. The final product was a great addition to our home, the quality was of a very high level, it was reasonable priced and professionally done. In short, we were very happy with Jim and Gail and would use them again and recommend them to friends." "Thank you for a job well-done on our new bathroom addition. We appreciated working with you - and your eye for detail in the quality of work on the entire project." "I would like to thank you for a job well done. There are always challenges, particularly with an old funky farm house like ours. But I really appreciated the way you always had our well being up front. It was a pleasure working with you." |
